How to combine PDF's

Some of you have asked me to post about combining PDF's, so here it is.

Firstly you will need the program Acrobat Professional. This program comes with the Adobe Design suite. If you don't have the suite at home (Photoshop, Illustrator package) you will need to use the computers at UTS.

1. Open Acrobat Professional.
2. Select File in the menu bar or from the selection window shown in the movie.
3. Select Combine Files
4. Add all of the PDF files that you would like to combine into one file. You can drag and drop the files or rowse for them on your computer.
5. Arrange the files in the order you would like them in by using the arrows at the bottom of the box, you can see the button, it says move up.
6. Once you have the arrangement just the way you want it press next.
7. Choose the type of combined file you would like to create (I am sure you will only need to use the default option)
8. Press create on the bottom right hand corner of the box
9. Now save you file onto your computer or your USB.

10. Open your file, you will see now that you have multiple files all in one.

I hope this helps with your assignments for other classes.

Have a great holiday.
